1. About these terms

These terms cover RhymeTime Uploader (the "Tool"), a private desktop application run by Sooraj Rana, owner of the RhymeTime channel (https://www.youtube.com/@RhymeTimeEn), to upload his own videos to his own YouTube channel.

2. YouTube Terms of Service

The Tool uses YouTube API Services. By using the Tool, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Use of the Tool is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy and the RhymeTime Uploader Privacy Policy.

3. Permitted use

• The Tool is for the channel owner's personal use only, to upload his own original content to his own channels. It is not offered, licensed or sold to anyone else.
• Every upload requires the owner's explicit approval of the exact video and metadata. Uploads are sent as private and published by the owner in YouTube Studio.
• Uploaded content must follow YouTube's Community Guidelines and policies for made-for-kids content, including accurate "made for kids" and altered or synthetic content disclosures.

4. No warranty

The Tool is provided as is, for the owner's own use, without warranty of any kind.

5. Changes

These terms may be updated. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
